With the same driver (the stig) on the same track, the Scuderia was quicker than the CCX.

@ELEMENYE, thats the Scuderia, a lighter and much more powerful version of the f430. That isn’t ferrari’s “child” car. It’s matched lap times of the Enzo.

For the drag races the only things that count are power to weight ratio and in less extent traction and aerodinamics; unless there is a big difference in weight you can’t compare a car with about 500 hp with one with more than 800 hp; a comparison could be between this and the new and improved Novitec Twin supercharged Evoluzione Ferrari F430 (707 Hp) or some other cars with approximately the same power to weight ratio.
